Bradley's Story
Our son Bradley was diagnosed with Asperges at the age of 6, during his school years he struggled with interaction with his peers, self confidence and making decisions. Following school Bradley did not even have the confidence to apply for jobs in case he was rejected. In Feb 2022 Bradley was given the opportunity of joining Lawn Support - now KB Toll Industries. Over the past 3 ½ years Ben and the team has encouraged and supported Bradley through his journey to not only in gaining knowledge in ground maintenance and lawn services but also in having the confidence to undertake tasks and responsibilities he would not have been able to do previously. Ben is a great mentor to Bradley and who has shown that he has the compassion and understanding to work with Bradley to bring out a stronger, more confident young man who is now a Crew Leader with the company supervising and leading the daily work of 3 to 4 staff. We are very proud of what Bradly has been able to achieve under the guidance Ben and KB Toll Industries. CA

About GR2W
Our GR2W Supports have been created to build people skills in the area of gardening services and lawn mowing in both commercial and residential applications. GR2W has been designed to run over the course of approximately 9 weeks to enable participants to work in the industry and then move into supported or open employment within the sector.

What is SE3DS?
About SE3DS
Our SE3DS (SEEDS) Supports have been designed for participants who wish to engage in longer term Supported Employment within our Company. Participants will work as a part of a small team with 2 facilitators to enable them the opportunity to build their capacity and work towards their personal goals of employment.
